HISAYA is Dubai's first to serve Seiro Mushi bamboo-steam dining and potage ramen — an honest pursuit of Japanese craft in every bowl and bamboo box.
We cook the way Japan cooks: with patience, precision, and an obsession with ingredient quality. Our Seiro Mushi method — steaming inside traditional bamboo boxes — locks in nutrients, concentrates flavour, and lets the ingredient speak. No heavy sauces, no shortcuts.
Our Potage Ramen Ten1 was the first of its kind in Dubai: a velvety blend of French potage technique and Japanese broth-craft, with a creamy chicken-and-vegetable base that took months to perfect. The Collagen Mizutaki Hot Pot draws on Fukuoka tradition — a slow, beauty-focused chicken broth that deepens the longer it simmers.
Wagyu from Japan, sashimi-grade fish flown in fresh, house-rolled sushi — every item on the menu carries the same standard. Dubai Marina is our home; Japan is our kitchen.
